Founded in 2012, S3-Associates set out to solve the challenge facing most of our engineering clients. There are too many barriers to education and although software continues to be easier to use there still seems to be too much to learn. At the top of the list of barriers is the lack of time and money.

We also found the knowledge of Engineering software across design groups to vary widely. Often times software users would call support for what would normally be taught to them in training. Engineering managers told us quality engineering candidates were being passed over because they didn’t know one piece of a given software.

Our solution is to collaborate with the professional service providers, the “experts in engineering software” and create a solution for more learning and partner with the State of Massachusetts to take advantage of training and educational funds for manufacturing and design. Our goal is to provide professional training by certified instructors and collaborate with companies on the most cost effective solution.
